Best liquid highlighter?

Hi everyone, I’m looking to spend money on a liquid highlighter, or primer that will give me a dewy look? I’ve used becca shimmering skin perfector in opal mixed with my water lauded foundation but after a few hours my skin starts to look oily. Just looking for different highlighter that I can mix with my foundation.

I love using Iconic Original illuminating drops, Nars illuminator is Cococabana, and Marc Jacobs Dew Drops for my dewy all over glow.  Also MAC strobe cream is very great and versatile.
