Best Highlighter?

I’m newer with makeup and I was wondering what is the best Highlighter there is out there? I want a nice bright glow to my skin. Something that comes in light pinks and / or white shimmers. Affordability is also key. Is there a good Highlighter that is also affordable out there?

One really good liquid highlighter is the Cover FX custom enhancer drops in the shade Celestial. I have pale skin, and it works really well on me, but it would work on a lot of shades

becca & abh are hands down best for highlighting, but look into wet n wild mega glo highlighters they are bomb and only $5!:)

have you looked at Colourpop's website? they have a nice mix of highlighters and they're only $8. (plus they're doing free shipping no minimum purchase right now!)
