Becca highlighters

I'm interested in buying a Becca highlighter.Which one would best suit olive skin tones and for an intensifying look, what format of highlighter should I take? Cream? Liquid? Powder?

RE: Becca highlighters

my fave too! 💗💗💗

RE: Becca highlighters

I have olive skin as well and I think Champagne Pop is the perfect colour for my skin tone! I use the powdered version but I am really interested in trying the liquid version. I think I will purchase it during the fall VIB Rouge sale.

Becca highlighter is AMAZING. I have opal and its has a gold hue to it which would look great on olive skin!

Re: Becca highlighters

I think if your looking for an intense look, layering a powder over a cream or liquid will help you achieve that. I like to use Cover FX drops or Becca poured underneath the powered highlighter (usually Becca pressed) when I'm going for an intense highlight.

Champagne pop powder is beautiful! I also like the liquids. They're more "lit from within" looking while the powders are like super intense!

Re: Becca highlighters

My skin is what I guess could be called "light olive" and I have combo skin. I infinitely prefer the liquid versions of the Becca highlights because I think the powder ones are too chunky and visible on my skin. I use the liquid version of Opal and I love it. I also use the CoverFx custom enhancer drops in moonlight.

Re: Becca highlighters

I prefer the powder version of the Becca SSPs because I like to add them to my inner corner and brow bone as well. Just a personal preference! I think Opal would look beautiful on your olive skin tone: https://www.sephora.com/product/shimmering-skin-perfector-pressed-P381176?skuId=1538107&icid2=becca_...

Also going to list the little blurbs about the other shades to give you a better idea of what might suit you best:

Pearl: A soft, luminescent white that’s perfect for fair skintones
Moonstone: A pale, incandescent gold that illuminates the complexion
Rose Gold: A rosy pink with warm-gold undertones
Opal: A neutral, white gold with universally flattering, soft pink undertones; adds a perfect amount of radiance
Champagne Pop: Bestselling shade that’s a soft gold with pinky peach undertones
Prosecco Pop: True, ethereal gold, that flatters medium to deep skintones; perfect for anyone who wants a flash of golden radiance
Topaz: Radiant bronze with golden undertones that’s perfect for deeper skintones; adds a sunkissed, bronzy glow on fair-to-medium skintones

It all depends on your skin type. If you have dry skin, use cream or liquid. If you have oily or combination, you can use any. If you have an olive skin tone, probably medium deep olive skin toned right? I would go for anything with gold tones for that skin tone. If you go with powder, and its not intense enough for you, spray your brush that you are applying with, with some setting spray or toner water!

Hope this helps
