are the grandebrow results permanent?

hii so i have decent brows. i do have a history of shaving them off for alternative styles, and i started growing them out because of a really bad reaction to a store bought brow tint. i have been looking into brown and lash growth serums and i've seen the results it gives people with sparse brows. does anyone know if those results are permanent?
