Over plucked eyebrows

What have you done to grow overplucked eyebrows?   I have tried a bunch of serums without any luck.  I am now trying Rogaine.   Anyone have any experience using Rogaine to grow eyebrows?  How long does it take to see results, are you happy with the results or have you given up?  Thanks for any advice you can provide me.

@CorgiMommy  Mine aren't overplucked they just fall out sometimes.  It may be that I always use brow gel and it does something to them. I have noticed good regrowth from using collagen powder daily. It took a couple of months of daily use to notice (but I also only take half a dose.)

I also take hyaluronic acid with vitamin C.  I do notice more regrowth with all of my hair when I increase my protein intake via meat.

@CorgiMommy I don't have any personal experience to share, but have heard many others who like the Rogaine.  I also know a few who've used their Latisse on their brows with success as well.
