Ordinary, lash serum

Hey guys I got the ordinary, lash serum, and after one night of wearing it, it made my eyes swell up and I got rashes all over my face I was wondering if like anyone else had that effect and I was wondering if I like rubbed  my eyes too much when I was sleeping or something and I was just wondering if anyone knew why it happened or if it happened to you!
