Benefit Brow pencil

I recently purchased the brow pencil, when I opened it, a very small piece of the tip broke off. 
can anyone tell me approximately how long or how many uses the pencil can be used. I may have reached 10 uses, likely less, when it was totally out. I would like to know average life of pencil if used daily. If mine was a fluke I would order again otherwise it is time to move on to another.

The Benefit Cosmetics Precisely, My Brow Pencil Waterproof Eyebrow Definer ? I’ve used mine almost daily since last December and it’s still not empty (but almost). I’m thinking you definitely got a fluke, it should definitely last more than 10 uses.
