If my concealer shade (rare beauty) is 160C, would my foundation be the same as well?

It depends on if you purchased your concealer to just hide blemishes or if you were trying to brighten things up under the eye area. If you’re happy with it, you can give the foundation a try. Some people will go a shade or two lighter to brighten, so there’s that to consider too. 

I find it hard to shop for foundation and concealer online. If you can, try going in store and test things out. The Sephora employees are great at helping with shade matching.
