What are the VIB/Rouge exclusive gifts?

The beauty insider chart says VIB and rouge receive “exclusive gifts,” but does not clarify. What are the exclusive gifts?

@pinkbowbunny I think these refer to exclusive GWP that only VIB/Rouge can redeem (with purchase of course). They pop up rather randomly to me, but perhaps @SportyGirly125 is correct and actually on a monthly cadence.

also you will get an email with a promo code for an exclusive VIB/rouge sample set. I think it happens once a month.

Oh, I see! I heard some people online say that they occasionally get full sizes of free items randomly in store for being VIB/rouge, but I personally do not know of anyone who has received any. It was just something I heard online.
