Super thrilled to visit the Harlem store and grab all this goodness: 

 

It was a fun event, would love to see more of these events for various regions in the reward bazaar!  A lot of us are not good at impulse control 🥲, so having 1000 pt rewards with locales vs 10k ones is just 🙌🏽.

The reps from the brand were just a lot of fun... Not overbearing.  I could've chatted with them all day .  Wish I got a selfie with them on my camera, but I'm on theirs. 🤣

One rep told me the liner has a wax base, which makes so much sense AND, she mentioned she had the liner that came with it ... Maybe we will see that soon or as a GWP on the direct site 🤔

I really wish Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Trace'd Out Longwear Waterproof Pencil Lip Liner MVP was there, because I would've gotten a signed mirror too, but it was not meant to me 

Riri is gorgeous and I was impressed with two of the other liners.  Just going to have to use them gently.

Riri, MVP, Hot Chocolit and Fenty Glow (Fu$$y kinda) are all multis in lip/cheek products, which I think is a smart move, ease of matching and "completionism" purchasing.

They seem to be paired up/off with the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Gloss Bomb Stix High-Shine Gloss Stick , but with a few different tones for brown @CynthieLu , BUT I would fathom that depending on how these sell and perform, Riri would add to the line up, usually as limited editions

Ahhhh It makes sense for the releases to have complimentary/matching colors for thier line up, I wasn't really looking too closely at the gloss sticks, but it makes total sense now that you've pointed it out. 🙏

@danielledanielle  I wonder how different they’ll be from Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Slip Shine Sheer Shiny Lipstick and Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Poutsicle Juicy Satin Lipstick Motorboat (only Poutsicle shade I could tag; I still have this one and the orange one; EDIT: I have the dark blue one, not this lighter blue). Guess I’ll have to give a shade the ol’ scientific try. 😂

I was wondering the same thing @WinglessOne and whether or not the slip shine will be deeply discounted as a result orrrrr is it just a replacement 🤷🏽‍♀️🤔

@danielledanielle @itsfi @greeneyedgirl107  Product page is up at Fenty Beauty*, FYI, with lip swatches of each shade. They look much more pigmented than I expected! I really seriously don’t need another glossy red lipstick in my hoard, otherwise The MVP would be one of my test subjects. I do see Hot Chocolit in my near future though. RiRi and High’biscus are potentials, though one of them might be too close to my natural lip color (bottom lip anyway). As for the paler shades, I’d have to swatch them in person instead of buy one blind, since they don’t look very sheer in the product photos. 

If the Slip Shines get a deep discount, I’ll very happily buy another Vamps Who Brunch and maybe a couple others… this reminds me to check my Slip Shines for spoilage. (I haven’t yet checked a large chunk of my lipstick hoard this year, and July’s a good time to get started on that.)

*I’d check the Sephora product page, but I don’t wanna risk getting knocked outta BIC by going to a .com page again.
