Nice @lachaton believe it or not I still have to wait... just the first tier still... I buy from The Bay instead so I don't climb fast on MAC's site... plus doesn't help that the program was released after I had made a huge purchase lol

I never saw it available for Canada 😕 Just the one brush, and I've been checking periodically throughout the morning.

@veronika23 - a bunch of people were having problems checking out and getting order confirmations as well. As I'm all of $35 away from the next tier I couldn't do the pre sale. With that said this makes me super nervous....

Out of sheer curiosity does anyone get one of her songs in your head while looking at the collection, or am I just a weirdo?? 😄

@niki172 you should call the counters to confirm.  I got/read so much different information that I just don't know anymore... and well if you are a weirdo I'm one too. I get her song stuck in my head 😉

IDK where there's even a counter near me and I don't trust the one I called in San Diego for Star Trek - oh well. Glad it's not just me with the song issue 😄

@lachaton maybe try calling see if they can place an order over the phone. Top two tiers should have access so I dunno why Canada doesn't.

@veronika23 I tried talking to CS, and was told there seems to be a glitch on the Canadian side.

Yes,I too have various Selena songs running through my mind. 🙂

There were all sorts of problems ordering from this collection. People were being charged shipping ($10, $20) when shipping was supposed to be free- no idea if  MAC is going to refund the shipping charges.

There was a limit of one item (of each product) per customer. Midway through the presale, the offerings changed from 'put in your cart' to ' coming soon'. Can't get a straight answer if MAC is putting sales on hold to fix the shipping glitch or if the collection truly sold out in under and hour.

If it truly sold out in under an hour, even with the one item per customer rule (to ensure that everyone has a fair shot at getting something), the general launch on Oct. 1 is going to be madness.
