Thought some others may be interested... I was going to do a final "back to mac" last night online as the program was ending on March 31st 2023 (at least the freebie product in return for 6 empties was ending).  I didn't realise that the online version was meant to end on the 27th.  The lovely woman on chat told me I should call the 1800 number.  The gent on the phone then let me know that they would be extending the online return until June 30th.  I did ask if this was for both Canada and the US and he told me he only knew about Canada.  

The email I got from MAC:

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the Back To MAC program! While the in-store redemption portion of the program ended on March 31st, we will be happy to honour your redemption returns via mail until June 30th 2023.
In order to complete your mail-in return of your MAC empties, please indicate the following information inside your return package:

Please choose any of our Matte, Retro Matte, Amplified, Frost, Cremesheen or Satin Lipsticks:

The packaging type and redemption lipstick choice sections can be repeated depending on how many returns you have.
If you have 12 returns, please complete that section twice; for 18 returns it will be 3 times, etc.
