How to evolve from ROOKIE?

HI! I've noticed a change in the sephora website and I am now labeled a "Rookie" but I'm not exactly sure what this is in reference to. I am a VIB Rouge member already so I know it's nothing to do with the amount of money I spend. What makes you move up from being a rookie? Will posting reviews help? I like posting reviews, but  I never really use the forums so if that's how to do it, i suppose I'll be a rookie forever? oh well! just wondering!

The amount of time it takes to get a better rank is just not worth it.

@M3owza - Rookie is your ranking in the BIC (Beauty Insider Community).  The "I" is your level within the rank.  You move up in level and rank by participating in the community, writing product reviews, etc.  It's not related to your puchases.
