Highlight... Not Quite :(

I have used many Too Faced products with a lot of success but I have felt extremely unimpressed with their Ray of Light highlighter. No pigmentation, no pay off. I like a more natural look but you can hardly detect this on the skin. I have even tried wetting my brush to apply it and saw no difference!
