Question for everyone- I know that GWPs that apply to a full order (ie spend $50 and get this gift bag, etc) do not have to be returned if you return your order or parts of your order, but what about specific GWPs that apply to spending a certain amount within a specific brand? I.e. spend $25 with Redken and get a free delux shampoo, etc. If you return the items that qualified you for the brand specific GWP, do you need to return the gift as well? The Ulta site states that there is no need to return GWPs, but I wasn't sure how it applied to specific brand GWPs. Hope this made sense and thanks for any feedback!!

That said, I know I can't answer your question, as I haven't returned anything with a gwp. It seems like a great policy, but also seems like it's wide open for abuse, sadly. If returning in-store, my advice would be to take it with and ask if you need to return it with the item purchased, but hopefully they should tell you it isn't necessary. If returning by mail, maybe ask their cs first, whether by calling or sending them an email. ☺️
