Super bummed I didn't get to use my coins in the sephora event bc I was too busy listening to content. Should have at least waited 30 mins before closing the prizes.

@UnknownGardener  Aw, sorry you didn't get your 500 points! 😞 I joined very late thanks to a conflicting emergency, and had to rush around the house to find and play enough games to get coins. That meant skipping most of the content and planning to listen to replays later. Since I'd already missed the one masterclass I was interested in joining the chat for (Danessa Myricks), I wasn't bothered much about missing any others. 😄 I was able to exchange coins for points. But I agree the exchange option should've been available at least 30 minutes after Sephoria ended, since not everyone skipped content to get coins—nor should event planners had expected folks to do that since, you know, some people attended Sephoria mainly to hear guests and presenters. 

For folks who activated their NFT wallet during Sephoria but never got the NFT or "congrats, here's a discount" webpage: go back to your wallet activation email and try clicking the link again now. I did that 15 minutes ago and finally got the NFT in my wallet, along with a message to expect a discount promo email from Sephora soon. If you're still having issues, contact one of the customer service email addresses (they're in your Sephoria event entry email).

I never even got the email!  I tried multiple times but it never came to inbox/junk/etc. also didn’t get the 500 points after playing all the games, none of the masterclasses/theatre videos would play but tech support line was so long i never got to chat with someone to fix it. Super disappointed overall.

@katyruddrn - I had technical problems too.  Each time I logged on it crashed my laptop.  When I finally got in, the program that they used to run the games, etc. didn't run.  It kept saying the address had changed or it had timed out.  So I never found the NFT even though I set up my wallet the day before.  I finally just left.  Sephora should have listed the minimum computer configuration.  If they did, I didn't see it.  Very disappointing.

@UnknownGardener @A bunch of us got the tokens and then redeemed them. We knew we could watch the pre recorded content later.

The content of the classes, I believe is available until Tuesday for you to go back and view. They said that near the beginning of some part of it. I went back in and watched the demo on the clean beauty products after it had closed. The one on mental health was still available also. You did have to go to the prizes counter before the end to redeem your points. I got a confirmation of mine.

They let you know if you got it. It pops up. I haven't figured out yet how to use it. This was the first virtual event like that this that I ever participated in. I made sure I read everything I could. I loved it. A lot of fun, and so great of Sephora to do. I was so confused at points, but then it kind of all came together for me, and I enjoyed it. Somebody did a lot of work to get that done. Every single room was amazing! And how about the bar and the DJ in the back yard? So cool!

I had such a great time!!! Omg it was so fun and I just enjoyed the whole experience!!! I was able to get the NFT and redeem my “prize”!! Overall very nice even though there were some parts at the beginning that were laggy and I had to keep signing back in.

I found it in the entrance area, after you go down the hall. Thing is, I can't find any file on my computer for it. Do you know where I need to look for it? Is it somewhere on Sephora, or do we have to wait for it? It said I got it, but no clue where it is. LOL

I did, but I could not redeem prizes with the coins earned from the games within the rooms.😫 I didn't get the email to redeem immediately, but I am sure it will generate a code for us eventually Hopefully LOL I have not received mine either.

I tried to activate the NFT 3x (received 3 emails to activate) but everytime I tried, I just got a screen saying that it would be available from “x to x”…no actual NFT:-(

For the tokens you earned from games, it would have shown at the top of the screen, the Sephora "S" X and a number. You had to get five of them, which translate to 500 points. You had to redeem them before leaving at the "prizes" destination and it says that they will credit your account for 500 points within 15 business days. You had to set up a wallet for the NFT and the NFT translates to $10.00 off a purchase.
