Sephora dress code/comfy shoes

Hi! I just recently got hired for Sephora as a skincare advisor and was wondering about what shoes to wear! I am really interested to purchase the Anna Wedge Sneaker by Linea Paolo but Im not 100% sure if they are appropriate to wear at Sephora. Does anyone know of any Sephora approved/appropriate comfy shoe recommendations?
