Sephora Beauty Rewards Program

So the beauty rewards is not great with Sephora . Every item in the list is sold out and I get there at 9 am and by 9:02 everything is sold out. They have nothing available and if they’re going to have a beauty rewards program in the first place, then customers need to actually be able to use the program. 

they are never update their products and there is rarely anything new - sold out items will remain on the list the whole month. I don’t know why the program exists in the first place if only a few are able to use it.

I should also mention I’ve been waiting over a year to use points and have never been able to.
