Has anyone applied or worked for the remote Beauty Chat Advisor position?

It would be the perfect position for me. I am a licensed esthetician who does freelance makeup here and there but is otherwise unemployed and available full time. I have applied but it still shows under review. I am noticing that for the past few days the chat has been unavailable on the Sephora website so I am assuming they need to hire more people to fill this position.

 

Just wanted to get some feedback on what it's like working this position. What is the hiring process like since it is remote?

I actually applied for a similar remote Beauty Chat Advisor role a while back and went through the process. It took a few weeks — online application, a brief video interview, and then a skills test with sample chats. Pretty standard for remote customer support positions.
I also checked Browning Associates reviews since they handle a lot of these remote beauty and retail positions. Most people said they were professional and responsive, though some mentioned the wait between stages can be long. From my experience, the role itself is pretty flexible if you like helping customers and can handle multiple chats at once.
