what’s your favorite breakfast food? Mine is pancakes🤗

@SportyGirly125  First time I ever had it was when a friend's aunt cooked it for us one morning, and she taught me how to make it. I tend to make mine hot-spicier than it should be (I use chili peppers in mine: serrano for lower level heat, habanero for a heat kick, or ghost pepper for serious heat). But it's generally quite easy to make, and it's especially good for folks who love runny eggs—though you can keep cooking it til the yolks harden. Serve with a side of bread, crackers, tortilla chips, etc.

Thanks @ather! I have most of the ingredients already in my pantry. Do they taste coconutty or more like traditional pancakes?

@JoSometimes  I definitely pull coconut flavours out of it and my husband also. But my little guy thinks they just taste like pancakes. I also have cooked them in the waffle iron and it’s just as yummy. I’m sure you could sprinkle coconut flake in to give it more of a coconut flavour!
