I know this one is not the most original but I find it is one I need to call on often: "speak to yourself (as in inner voice) as you would speak to someone you love".  Which is really just another way to say "be kind to yourself" but it's a bit more poignant I think because we would never look at the people we love with same critical eye we use on ourselves.
