My birthday is in January, why can't I redeem my bday gift?

Same.. i cannot redeem gifts on both sephora app and the web browser. The system didn’t load 😅 so disappointing!!

Same thing for me not coming up when I go on the browser it says “coming soon” so annoying because I have a set I wanna buy too before it goes out of stock and get my birthday gift with that! Ugh !

I have been dealing with the same..I keep checking and they are never available. Pretty disappointing 😞

I can’t either, they’re not “loaded” yet apparently, whatever that means
