Halloween!  It seems like every year it becomes more and more popular.  The candy.  The decorating.  The costumes.  It's so much fun for us to share in the celebration of the season.  Post in as much or as little detail as you'd like.

I get that @Titian06 there's a lack of fresh ideas out there I think, and sequels and prequels are just easier than creating something new.

Oct. 4: Honestly, I don’t love that type of movie genre and have seen very few “Halloween”-esque films. I prefer spooky TV series to movies, like Supernatural, and the documentary based ghost hunting shows are a total guilty pleasure of mine. I did enjoy the Paranormal Activity films until they started to get a little too ridiculous.

The Corpse Bride needs a sequel.  Any slasher movie franchise just needs to be over, how many times can you tell the same story?

10/3: Most memorable or creepiest book, short story, fable or poem?

I'm not sure about a specific book or story.  I loved reading Edgar Allen Poe and Stephen King among others when I was a youngster.  Salem's Lot, Tell-Tale Heart, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow come to mind immediately.

I was right there reading them as they were released. @lmaster Me and some friends that loved these shared one book between us, just passed them around and re read them waiting for the next one's too be released 😂
