Under eye issue

I wake up super early in the am ( 4 am ) as a result I have puffy under eye bags and dark circles !!! What helps ?

@lauren4795  I haven’t had much luck with anything other than concealer for dark circles but The INKEY List Caffeine De-puffing + Dark Circle Eye Cream 0.5 oz/ 15 mL , SEPHORA COLLECTION Brightening Eye Cream with Caffeine and Hyaluronic Acid 0.67 oz/ 20mL , and Good Molecules Yerba Mate eye gel are all great for puffiness.

I had terrible under eye bags due to stress/lack of sleep and got a lot of under issue. After google i found under eye treatment of dermalmd and This took care of it! Not sure it did much for the fine lines/wrinkles, but with the bags gone, my eyes look 100% better

Chiming-in to add: consider Sodium-intake. That has a major impact on just how heavy my entire lid area looks & feels in A.M, pre-Coffee. Some cleansers also impart that heaviness.  You have my sympathy, @lauren4795 -  such a 'reward' for getting up with the birds.

I also find a face roller kept in the fridge can help with puffiness SEPHORA COLLECTION Rose Quartz Facial Roller can help overtime with facial puffiness.
