Straightening curly hair

Hey ladies !!! I want to get into straightening my own hair but I have no idea where to start or what routine to do. I have type 3c/4a curl and usually I do a dominican blow out at the salon. I wanted to know what products do you use (including shampoo and conditioners) and hair tools for beginners. I’m very new to this and I really don’t want heat damage and I want my hair to grow. please help

@ksinz here's what works for me:

Redken All Soft Shampoo (I use a discontinued version)

Redken All Soft Heavy Cream 

PM super skinny serum (I use a discontinued version)

Phytodefrisant

It's a 10 Miracle Leave-in product 

Alterna blow dry butter (can't seem to tag it)

JF Frizz Ease on my ends

Blow dry

Flat iron...I use PM hot off the press 

Redken Frizz Dismiss oil in Serum

amika Dream Routine Overnight Hydrating Hair Mask 3.3 oz / 100 mL 2x a week on top layer and ends; all over before was day.

I wash once a week.
