Setting Spray

I want to try a setting spray for the first time. What do you recommend? I’m between the Too Faced Hangover and the UD All Nighter

RE: Setting Spray

I would recommend the Kat Von D setting spray! It’s not too fragrant, does not dry out my skin and truly helps my makeup last all day. I’ve tried other brands and I always return to Kat Von D. They also sell it in the mini trial size if you want to try different ones out before buying a large size!

Re: Setting Spray

@EmiTB I have tried both and have stuck with UD All Nighter!! The Too Faced Hangover Spray was way too drying on my face, made my makeup flake and look patchy.

Re: Setting Spray

I’ve never tried the Two Faced but All Nighter was the setting spray that was recommended to me in Sephora when I was looking to try my first one. I’ve never switched to anything else. It gets the job done and makeup stays put all day or night!

Setting Spray

UD all nighter works great and make up stays on all day! šŸ™‚ never tried the other one

RE: Setting Spray

All Nighter is absolutely incrediblleeee in my opinion!! as far as i’m concerned it works well on all skin types, but w my dry skin ik if my foundation is making my skin look super dry and patchy this setting spray helps sm. and my makeup stays on all day, i don’t even touch up and it gives a nice dewy look when u first apply it, like i love it sm, i CANNOT live without it. the only thing is it does smell rlly weird, like super weird so as long as ur nose isn’t too sensitive u should be all right,, i jus hold my breath when i spray it hope this helped !!

Re: Setting Spray

@EmiTB, I use and like Urban Decay All Nighter.  I haven't tried Too Faced Hangover.

Re: Setting Spray

Urban Decay All Nighter is the one I trust the most, primarily because it is formulated by Skindinavia, a company which focuses primarily on priming and setting the face. The also you time release technology in the formula so that the setting spray continues to work for hours and hours.

You can read more about how it works on their website: http://skindinavia.com/pages/HOW-IT-WORKS.html
