Powder recommendations

Hi I have pretty oily skin and have some acne on my cheeks. I was wondering what is the best and affordable powder that’s from Sephora? Also can you use a setting spray instead? Which one is better?

I've been in love with the pink one size setting powder. It's so blurring and makes my under eyes so bright
