Hi dear, something that GREATLY helped my skin, is exfoliating with coffee (something you have at home) and using a really good hydrating moisturizer ( i use shiseido), hope this helps 🙂 

 ps: i have dry skin, and my t zone is less dry

I really found my pores became less noticeable and my skin felt so smooth and soft when I added Sunday Riley B3 Nice 10% Niacinamide Serum 1 oz / 30 ml  to my skin care routine.

@Livv8875 BHA/salicylic acid can help clean the out. Alternatively, using an oil cleanser before your regular cleanser or using a clay or mud mask once a week can also help with that. And adding more hydration can help plump the skin and make them less noticeable.
