Moisturiser combination skin

Hi All

Would appreciate some help. Moved to Florida from UK a couple of months ago and noticed a change in my skin, went to local Sephora store and ran through concerns and they recommended  Skinfix but since using I now have permanent spots along my eyebrows (T zone) which I’ve never had. 
It’s a bit too thick/heavy on my skin and feels oily after putting on. 
anyone else with similar concerns and what do you use.
