How should i use this???

I got this product from Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez Mini Positive Light Liquid Luminizer to mix in with my blush by Saie Dew Blush Liquid Cream Blush Baby  I want my pink cheeks to really pop. I did like the video I put a couple dots of blush then a couple dots of luminizer then blen with brush. It just seems to dull out my blush. My cheeks aren't pink.  The luminizer stands out though. Should I just do the luminizer first then go over with the blush afterwards.  I want the luminizer to make my pink cheeks pop( sparkle) u know. I don't know. Help!!!

Hi, @sissyboi72 !  I use the Saie Glowy Super Gel Lightweight Dewy Multipurpose Illuminator Starglow .  It works best if I apply first, let it dry, and then apply the Saie Dew Blush Liquid Cream Blush Chilly .

I'm not an expert at this.  I've only tried this a few times.  I found if I did it other ways, it muted my blush and I would have to add more blush.

@Titian06 ty yeah so put blush on top of luminizer don't mix together.  Let luminizer dry first. I have that Saie Glowy Super Gel Lightweight Dewy Multipurpose Illuminator Starglow I use to use it all over my face more like a moisturizer.  Then just put blush over it . I really wanted to try this luminizer by rare beauty with just my blush on my cheeks.  Ty for the tip. See how it goes.
