How do you get gratis?

Love all the posts of you ladies getting gratis, but I was wondering how I can get in on it too? Would love to try out some new amazing products, and would love to know how it works. Thank you. 🙂

I think they learned that from Influenster. They sent out products to the most popular members. BT members has many pics and swatches will be chosen. They're well known on this site.

You don't choose gratis, gratis chooses you. 

Mods pick who gets em, based on your activity, posts, how likely you are to post reviews/pics/etc. Pretty much like a popularity contest, though I'm sure they'd say it isn't that at all. Gratis has a dual purpose...to thank active members, and to drive Sephora's sales for new products.

Dunno really; I'm fairly new here myself, though it seems like I've seen a new thread every 6ish weeks or so? But, I would also guess there is no real set schedule to them...they go out whenever they go out lol

 Sometimes you receive it for participating in threads on similar products, or for using products of the same brand...its different every time but participation and contributions in the community is the key.

@heartsmyface I think you also have to be Rouge; I don't know that I've ever seen an Insider receive gratis.

@CookieGirl1  I’m not sure about all the specifics- but I did receive a Gratis when I had VIB status...... it seems to me they base it on who’s the most active on this site and more likely to post reviews. That’s just my 2 cents 😉

I dont think there is any real set formula to receiving gratis, but I have noticed that it does seem to correlate a lot with which threads you generally participate in.

There's no specific recipe to receiving gratis. Just participate in the community and one day you may receive a special treat from Sephora 🙂
