Great Contour for the Extremely Fair Skinned

I'm trying to find good contouring shades for my skin tone. I'm extremely pale and 9/10 makeup brands don't carry a fair enough shade for me so I have to lighten my foundations with whitener. I want a natural looking contour shade. Any thoughts?

@kykylala

As some of the other's have mentioned, NYX Taupe is a good powder product, and Illamasqua Hollow is a good cream.

Also, here's a couple of sets of swatches that might be helpful:

The Becca Lowlight palette does wonders for pale skin.

Looking at your color IQ it looks like I'm paler than you so perhaps some of my favorites might work! I can't use anything warm or it looks crazy so you want to find really cool tone ones. The Kevin Aucoin sculpting powder in medium or light (I can get away with medium but have to use a lighter hand) is my current #1 Illamasqua makes a lovely cream pigment shade called hollow too. I have used the Kat Von D shade and light eye palette middle cool brown shade (Lazarus) I have also used NYX taupe high definition blush, and if you like cream maybelines color tattoo eyeshadow in creamy beige is on the cooler These drug store ones are ok- but I find the Kevin Aucoin one much more easy to blend and achieve the perfect look.

My first contour was a regular face powder in a "light" shade, I was so fair that "light" was dark enough to contour with and blend blend blend, practice practice practice lol!

I liked both UD's Shapeshifter Palette in Light/Medium Shift (the contour shades require a VERY light hand and a LOT of blending, but they won't make you look orange... I mainly like this palette for the light shades, color correctors, and powder highlight), and MUFE's palette for fair skin (I can't remember the name exactly, but it has a concealer, contour, blush, and highlight in a row). I feel you. It's very hard to find contour and highlight shades when you're as pale as we are. The first contour I ever bought years ago was a taupe eyeshadow because no one at Sephora could find a shade that worked for me! Honestly, I still use it on occasion! I wish they'd come out with more palettes for ultra pale and ultra deep skin tones.

The RMS Buriti bronze and contour bronze are both beautiful for fair skin!

I'm very fair as well. In the past I have mixed some foundation or concealer with a little bronzer to kind of make my own. It doesn't always go so well. I saw a play! tip/trick video with my last box that if you get a sample of a foundation or concealer that is a little too dark to use that as a contour. Otherwise, I just have to blend the heck out of any contour set I get. CoverFX might be a good option but I haven't tried it.

I don't think I'm quite as fair as you, but I use the shade in the Tarte Pro Glow To Go palette and it's awesome! I follow a very fair skinned vlogger on YouTube (ThatTaylaa if you're interested!) and she uses a drugstore eyebrow powder for hers. I can't remember exactly what brand, but that's always an option!

I would recommend looking at CoverFx.  They have a variety of options that may work for you.
