Foundation or concealer alts for teens

Hi! I am a teen (mid teen don’t worry not a Sephora kid). I have recently been experimenting with fondation and concealer (my friends stuff). I am not allowed to wear either (besides colour correction - only the green one). Is there any alternatives that are good but also have converge. And any other makeup tips plsss?! Thanksss
