Can anyone tell me when to use vitamin c serum and hydraulic serum. I have normal skin and age 38, and right now using Riley vitamin c serum.

Unfortunately I can’t wear ANYTHING with vitamin C bc I am allergic to oranges, tomatoes. . anything with citrus.  But I am jealous of how bright it makes everyone’s skin look.  I know that doesn’t answer your question, however I wanted to warn all of you in case you have a citrus allergy!!!  Stay beautiful everyone with Sephora 💄💋

Vitamin C apply after cleansing in morning, followed by alpha arbutin (ordinary serum). Then last apply sunblock. 

Hyaluronic acid can be used day or night, but as you have vitamin C for the day, keep this for the night. After cleansing, and while your skin is still damp, press a couple of drops into your face with the palms of your hands. Apply moisturizer immediately afterward to seal in all that hydration.

@gumnaami Since vitamin C is an active, it goes on after cleansing. Then you can use the HA serum after the vitamin C and follow up with moisturizer. Most people like to use vitamin C in the morning since its an anti-oxidant and will give your sunscreen protection a little boost.

I’d recommend to use Vitamin C serum in the daytime if you’re using a retinol at night 🙂 Just make sure you wear sunscreen at the end of your skincare routine to make sure you get all the benefits without the sun interfering with your results!

@gumnaami You would use the serum after toner.  You apply products from thick to thin.
