Community member help!

Hi, 

 

I'm Nicole and I'm currently doing research on communities in the beauty industry. As a part of this research I'm looking into Sephora Beauty Talk! Throughout my research all names and personal information is completely kept private. What I'm exploring is the dark side of brand communities which means any negative aspects of being a part of online brand community: from negative reviews, rivalry within the community to censoring and brand shaming. 

 

It would be great if anyone could let me know their opinions on this topic. If you feel there are any negatives to being a part of the community or have noticed any downfalls (bullying, rivalry things like that) let me know. Essentially I would like to invite the members of this community to give me feedback on the topic.
