Bronzer vs Tinted Moisturizer

I use Laura Mercier Tinted Dewy Moisturizer SPF 30 matching my skin color that provides a slight glow. Followed up with Hourglass Diffused Heat blush. 

I feel like I need more color for my fair skin. Don’t want to go darker with tinted moisturizer or any full-face product that would show at neck. Don’t want contour, want sun-kissed look. 

what bronzer-like product or bronzer do you recommended for light skin that would add a sun-kissed look just in certain areas, alone or with tinted moisturizer?
