Best remover for lip stain

I m looking for a make up remover that is best for removing lip stain (especially huda beauty lip stain) without aggressive rubbing.

Have you tried a cleansing oil or cleansing balm?

I tried the balm it was tough to remove.I think i should try the cleansing oil maybe it easily breaks down and do the job. Thank you!
