Best Products For Beginners?

I just recently wanted to start trying some makeup products. I'm in my 20's and have never ever worn makeup before but I recently startedwearing a really light natural foundation at the least to cover my bumps from my skin condition I have.I also have really sensitive and fair skin. I've been watching youtube videos to help me, but what are the best products for a light every day/work day more natural look for a beginner?

For me, lip gloss is the one thing I never leave the house without, particularly because my lips are always dry and chapped, but a nice natural color adds polish.  Foundation/base aside, I'd need to do my eyebrows and apply mascara.  That would be the simplest made up look.

Then, there's a whole world of color cosmetics to experiment with: blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner, lipstick, bronzer/contour, highlighters.  And foundation by itself has many options:  light, medium or full coverage?  liquid, powder, or cream?

Then, the peripheral products to enhance all of the above: face primer, eyeshadow primer, mascara primer, finishing powder,

Don't forget a good makeup remover!

Best Products For Beginners?

I really like Morphe eyeshadows as a beginner product. I got a palette for $16, it blended nicely, and I could build up pigment. While it isn't my nicest palette or my favourite, it is a forgiving palette and my eye looks could last all day followed by family Christmas. For the price you can play with it and practice without using up or abusing a higher end expensive palette. For lipsticks go Sephora lipstories. I apply mine with a brush, but they are so smooth and pigmented. I love that I can build up colour from a tint to a bold lip very easily and the colour lasts for hours before fading naturally. They are cheaper than a lot of drugstore brands as well and while they are cardboard packaging they survive and last tucked into my purse.

For mascara I would 100% recommend L'Oreal Lash Paradise....

For mascara I would 100% recommend L'Oreal Lash Paradise. It is a dupe of the Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara, but I love the formula of L'Oreal way more than Too Faced. Too Faced flaked all over my face, but L'Oreal survived Avengers End Game and crying so that was a huge bonus. It also makes my lashes look longer and fuller.
