I have a swirl of memories from 2018 to now and while my days **in** the threads shifted and morphed over time to behind-the-scenes, the BIC is where my own Sephora journey started. The deep admiration and great affection I have for our incredible community members is hard to put into words. What an incredible experience and true honor it has been to hold this space for you all. You all made ME feel welcome and like I also belonged, even though I don't typically wear makeup. 😊 We could talk skincare, haircare, and fragrance All Day Long!! Thank you so much @TeamBIC for all your hard work, calm and excited support, beautiful boxes of love (gratis), and amazing events and opportunities over the years! It has been an amazing journey and I know it's work to you - hopefully fun work, but there must have been some stressful and challenging times over the years.

It's been more than a hobby/personal/fun for us, it has been a place to share ups and downs and to truly build a family of like-minded beauty-obsessed weirdos and people who (I hope) will continue to be lifelong friends. Thank you for all you do and I'm glad that you all have new/other opportunities within Sephora. Wishing you all the best in the wind down. While I may have some harsh and very disappointed feelings about the decision, none of it is directed to you all, who I believe truly care and have helped this place run and provide a beautiful beauty community! It has been quite the journey from being picked as a Sephora Community Ambassador to now working in store as a Beauty Advisor.  I couldn't have done it without you!  Black and white forever!!!
