The dreaded chub rub: got any favorite remedies?

Well, I am just not a lady with thigh gap and I am cool with that. I once had this balm that was pretty great at preventing horrific thigh chafing when foregoing pantyhose in the summer months, but it had a gross texture. Braziliam Bum Bum Cream did an okay job of preventing chub rub this summer, but it's got a pretty strong summer scent. I'm wondering if anyone's got some recommendations for body balms/creams/butters/what have you for those times when Spanx aren't going to cut it? Thanks!

Monistat chafing relief powder gel is amazing!! I began using it literally the second day I started college because the burn was terrible, and I've been loyal to it ever since. It calms any existing chaffing and prevents any new one from happening. Also, it glides on very softly and has no scent.

Applying deodorant in that area works wonders. For healing, try aloe Vera gel. That helped me.

I always just use deodorant as well..does a great job and I already own it haha

I've not tried it but many people say that Monistat has a really good anti-chaf cream.

@GeorgiaW I have used this for chafing under underwire bras and it works quite well. I would imagine it would work on thighs as well

plus side, I've also heard it can work as a primer in a pinch.

Body Glide is a anti chafe stick that moisturizes at the same time. It was originally meant for runners but now I think they have branches out with their "for her" and "for him" sticks. You can find it on Amazon.
