Just trying to figure out what you guys do for eczema- my skin is suffering despite trying so many products so many times! What works for you what doesn’t? Had anyone tried dietary changes?

@cindyliciousrn Have you tried JOSIE MARAN - Whipped Argan Oil Body Butter? That's really the only thing that helps me keep away flareups on my arms.

@cindyliciousrn hey girl! I have eczema prone skin, usually my flare ups are in the winter. I use First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair® Cream Intense Hydration aNd find that the colloidal oatmeal in it helps soothe itchiness. It’s been helping with the redness as well. What have you tried? I haven’t tried changing my diet, but I have an upcoming derm appt in a few weeks so I’ll see what she has to say on that! What have you tried?

I use raw coconut oil and raw Shea butter Recently bought an oral probiotic from Sephora but it’s super expensive https://m.sephora.com/product/glow-advanced-inner-beauty-powder-mini-P422063 I also use medicated lotion from aveeno but I still wake up scratching...I used prescriptions in the past but hate the side effects

@cindyliciousrn oh yeah I agree with the prescription stuff - it makes my skin SO sensitive and when I sleep it gets around my eyes and they burn for days after 😰 definitely give the FAB a try! It usually comes in value packs, and because I only use it on my face I find a tube lasts a decent amount of time and so it’s not too expensive

I agree @cianni - I have flare ups time and time again, and have started using this for the past year. I love it so much that I purchased a backup... as its really helping me out with the Eczema. Great product!
