Dots on legs

Any product suggestions for treating dots on legs. I’m not sure if it’s ingrown hairs or bumps. It’s kinda a mix. Their located on my thighs. I’ve searched it and I think I may have strawberry legs. No matter what I do they always show up. Any products that may help I’ll try I just want my confidence back to be able to wear shorts. Thank you!

@IssaB19 have you had a complete blood count done recently, maybe as part of a physical?  Little dots that don't go away could be Petechiae. That can be caused by low platelets or could be autoimmune. The dots could also just be hives.  I think you should have a doctor look at it, though.
