Body serum and lotion

Hello! 
all my life I’ve been dealing with very sensitive skin. Easily bruise, I have very light skin tone with red/pink marks on my legs on top of very dry skin. 

can someone recommend a serum+lotion/moisturiser or just a lotion that will help me get an even skin tone, get rid of pink spots and help my skin stay soft? 

and if anyone knows a good aftershave product to avoid irritation?

@Roklobster hi, la roche posay does amazing skincare products, especially for sensitive/problematic skin. For shaving cream, I heard nice things about the aveeno one.
