Body brush

The Goop body brush says to use prior to getting in the shower. I get in the shower right after I go to the gym so I am dirty and sweaty.This would make the brush dirty from the very first time I use it. Can I bring it in the shower? What do other people do that workout and have the brush?

Dry brushing is intended to be done on dry skin and you would need to shower afterwards to get all the dead skin off. Don't overthink it, you can always clean the brush after you use it. In fact, even if you used it while you were perfectly clean, it would still get full of dead skin and need cleaning.
