Apparently I Want to Scrub My Skin Off

Hey Everyone! So I am an aesthetician and I definitely know better but … I shower twice a day because it’s hot, I get bacne and I just like to BUT I have not been paying attention to my shower gel like I usually do and for the past 2 or 3 months I have been washing my body twice a day with chemical exfoliants and to say my back is raw is a bit of an understatement. Here is my question-

what is your favorite moisturizer body wash that is acne friendly and won’t make me smell like a fruit basket blew up on me? I don’t mind a little fragrance but I prefer minimal.

I totally understand your problem . I live in hot and humid South, on top of this go to the gym 4 times a week so I shower a lot too. I found a great spray for back issue and I’m using la roche posay for wash, often I don’t use body lotion after this, no need. I also like glycolic acid lotion from drunken elephant for skin imperfections but I would first restore the skin health
