Whiteheads

I am 14 years old and I have been struggling with whiteheads for quite a long time now. I’m so frustrated with them and they just keep coming back no matter what. Right now I use La-Roche Posay 2% salicylic acid cleanser, La-Roche Posay 0.5% salicylic acid toner, a vitamin A-serum, and the Youth to the People superfood airship moisture cream. This routine hasn’t really been working and my pores continue to get clogged. I have curly hair and I use hair products to style my hair, but I keep my hair out of my face so I don’t really think that the issue. Also my chin and around my nose has been extremely dry and flakey lately so I have had no choice but to pile on my moisturizer which doesn’t make anything better. My skin is normal to combination, any recommendations would be helpful because these are making me really insecure.

I had really flaky skin around my nose area and what I used to do, was exfoliate it and then moisturize it. I recommend using the Saturday Skin peel gel which will take away all the dead skin and then you can moisturize it. As for the whitehead, have you tried using biore products? Like the black carbon stops they sell. I sometimes cut them up and put them in my chin where I get lots of whiteheads too. Hopefully it helps! Also, what you’re going through is perfectly normal at that age. You are beautiful and I really hope this helps you feel better!
