What should I do???

My skin has bumps all over my cheeks and everyone says I just need to wash my face but no matter what face wash I use the bumps won’t go away. I’ve spent $100s of dollars on face wash but nothing works. What should I do?

Re: What should I do???

Re: What should I do???

It can be really frustrating dealing with persistent skin issues, especially after trying so many products. Understanding your skin type first and then buying any product is better. I will help you to understand your skin type and also help you to find the right product according to your skin type and concern. This game-changer is in your skincare routine and gives you an effective solution for combating acne and achieving clear, smooth skin. Reduce dark pots and maintain your skin. Neutrogena Spot Controlling Facial Wash properly targets acne issues and develops a smoother, more even complexion, offering an active role approach in skincare.

Re: What should I do???

Please look into CeraVe! I also know it's not what skincare brands want us to tell one another, but less really is more. Get a good face wash that works for you, a nice alcohol free aloe gel for moisture. Throw in some rosewater if possible, and a face oil for the winter or whenever your skin develops any excessive dryness. And if you do wear sunscreen, make sure that you are washing it off completely at the end of every day before you go to bed.

++++Upkeeping with what you sleep on often also helps so much I swear it. I'm pretty sure they have some sort of silk pillow cases on here which are the best kind that I could recommend. Silk absorbs less moisture which allows the skin to retain more moisture. Skin becomes oily and leads to breakouts due to the lack of hydration inner and outer. && I know I'm going on and on but I used to break out so bad when I was around 15-18 until I changed my diet and became vegetarian. I had been for three years and recently became pescatarian. However I did find that my skin is much more clear when I'm not involving dairy in my diet. I'm a severe caffeine addict lol so I'll make sure to have my oat milk or almond on deck for that daily necessity. Just some pointers because I really do wanna send you the best of luck in finding a good regime soon!

@aubz0609  If you can, see a dermatologist or your primary care doctor to find out what those bumps are. They could be acne, and there are different types of acne—and they don’t all respond to the same ingredients/treatments.

Or they could be a reaction to something your skin doesn’t like. Example: my facial skin hates all forms of lavender and always throws an angry red bumpy reaction if that ingredient gets on my face, which is why I don’t use hand lotions/creams that contain lavender or have a lavender scent. (Think about all the times you touch your face with your hands, or rest your face on your hand.)

Or, they could be a symptom of a different skin condition. Rather than spend $100s on skincare products that may or may not address the problem, it’s best to see a derm to find out what the problem is and how best to treat it.
