What should I do for acne on my lips?

Hello BIC and Happy New Year!

I have a really stubborn zit on my lip, and it won’t go away! I have tried everything: exfoliating, pimple stickers, salicylic acid, and spot treatments. It is very deep in my skin and is painful. 
What advice do you have to get rid of this zit finally, and how to avoid them in the future?

@Sam013 It sounds like a tough one.  Have you tried seeing a dermatologist?  They'd be better able to identify exactly what the issue is and help you out.
