I definitely recommend Bye Bye Breakout from It Cosmetics! It not only conceals acne and redness but it has lots of good ingredients to help treat acne as well.

My favorite full coverage concealers are Too Faced Born This Way Super Coverage Multi-Use Concealer with Hyaluronic Acid Natural Beige and Tarte Shape Tape. They cover everything from dark circles to blemishes. If you haven’t already tried one of these, I highly recommend you do!
