The ordinary

Hey guys I’ve recently ordered from the ordinary. I’ve ordered their salicylic acid and Lactic acid. Have you guys used it ? Does it work ? How was your experience? Any suggestions on how to use it will be appreciable. Thank you.

The ordinary

I use the Glycolic Acid Toner every day and having great results. Thinking about trying the Lactic Acid and alternating.

Re: The ordinary

@pp31 I LOVE the ordinary products! I use the The Ordinary 100% Plant-Derived Squalane for Skin and Hair Hydration 1 oz/ 30 mLThe Ordinary Lactic Acid 10% + HA 2% High-Strength Exfoliating Serum for Uneven Texture 1 oz/ 30 mL(I actually use the 5%), The Ordinary - Moroccan Argan Oil and The Ordinary Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% Serum with Pure L-Ascorbic Acid 1 oz/ 30 mL

for the lactic acid, I only use it once a week (maybe twice), but it is an exfoliant so it’s important not to overdo it. After I cleanse my face, I’ll put a bit on a cotton pad and then apply it to my entire face, after about 3-4 mins after it’s absorbed, I’ll go over it with miceller water and then continue with my moisturizer. I have sensitive skin, and heard from dermatologists that a chemical exfoliant like lactic acid doesn’t necessarily have to sit on the skin to be effective. So after I’m satisfied that it’s absorbed, the micellar water just takes off whatever hasn’t absorbed. I haven’t had any issues with sensitivity or reactions using the LA!

RE: The ordinary

Hello! I am using the salicylic acid has just one week and I am loving it. I use it every night. I am also using the vitamin c to help with acne scars. I hope that this helps you!
